Terms
These terms and conditions govern the use of TweedBet by every registered player. By creating an account, a player agrees to the rules set out below in full. Where any promotion carries its own specific terms, those specific terms take precedence over the general rules described here for that particular offer.
1. Eligibility
- Players must be at least 18 years old to register or play at TweedBet
- Players must be a legal resident of a jurisdiction where online gambling with TweedBet is permitted
- One account is permitted per person, household, IP address and payment method
- TweedBet reserves the right to request identity and age verification documents at any point, including before processing a withdrawal
- Accounts found to be duplicated, or registered using false information, will be closed and any funds may be forfeited
2. Account Registration and Security
Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under their account. TweedBet will never ask for a full password via email, phone or live chat, and players should treat any such request as fraudulent. Suspected unauthorised access should be reported to support immediately so the account can be secured.
Players must provide accurate personal details at registration, including full legal name, date of birth and residential address. Providing false information may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held.
3. Deposits and Withdrawals
| Rule | Detail |
|---|---|
| Minimum deposit | £10 across most payment methods |
| Minimum withdrawal | £20 |
| Verification | Required before first withdrawal is processed |
| Currency | All transactions processed in GBP (£) |
| Withdrawal method | Generally returned to the original deposit method where possible |
TweedBet reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for larger withdrawals as part of standard anti-money laundering checks. Delays caused by incomplete verification documents are the responsibility of the player and will not be treated as a processing failure on TweedBet’s part.
4. Bonus Terms
All bonuses, including the welcome offer, reload bonuses, cashback and free spins, are subject to wagering requirements disclosed at the time the bonus is offered. General rules applying to all bonuses unless stated otherwise include:
- A wagering requirement must be met before any bonus-related winnings can be withdrawn
- Bonus funds expire if wagering is not completed within the stated window, typically 30 days
- Maximum bet limits apply while a bonus is active; exceeding this limit may void the bonus and associated winnings
- Bonus abuse, including but not limited to using multiple accounts, coordinated play with other players, or exploiting a technical error, will result in forfeiture of bonus funds and any winnings derived from them
- TweedBet reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a bonus offer from any player at its discretion
5. Game Rules and Fairness
All slot and table games available on TweedBet use independently audited random number generators. Return to player percentages are published within each game’s information panel and represent long-term theoretical averages, not a guarantee of outcomes over any individual session. In the event of a proven technical malfunction affecting a game round, that round will be voided and any wagered stake returned to the player’s balance.
Live dealer games are subject to the rules of the specific game variant being played, displayed within the game interface before betting opens. Disputes regarding a live dealer round will be reviewed against recorded footage where available.
6. Sportsbook Rules
- All sports bets are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body
- Odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are the odds that apply, regardless of subsequent market movement
- Bets placed on events that are postponed, abandoned or where the outcome cannot be determined will typically be voided and stakes returned, unless official partial settlement rules apply
- Cash out values are calculated dynamically and offered at TweedBet’s discretion; once accepted, a cash out is final
- Bonus funds do not contribute toward sportsbook wagering requirements unless explicitly stated in a specific sportsbook promotion
7. Responsible Gambling
TweedBet provides account-level tools including deposit limits, loss limits, wager limits, time-outs and self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests are honoured immediately upon submission and cannot be reversed before the selected period has elapsed. Players struggling with their gambling are encouraged to contact GamCare on 0808 8020 133 or email help@gamcare.org.uk for free, confidential support.
8. Account Closure and Suspension
TweedBet reserves the right to suspend or close an account where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, underage gambling, or breach of these terms. Where an account is closed for a confirmed breach, any bonus funds and related winnings may be forfeited. Legitimate, verified balances not connected to a breach will be returned to the player.
9. Changes to These Terms
TweedBet may update these terms from time to time to reflect regulatory changes, new features or operational requirements. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via email or an in-account notice. Continued use of the site after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which TweedBet’s gambling licence is issued. Any disputes not resolved directly with support may be referred to the relevant licensing authority’s dispute resolution process.
11. Contact
Questions regarding these terms, or any account-specific matter, should be directed to TweedBet’s support team via live chat, available at any hour, or by email through the address listed in the account dashboard.
12. Complaints Procedure
Any player wishing to raise a formal complaint should first contact support via live chat or email, providing account details and a clear description of the issue. TweedBet aims to acknowledge complaints promptly and to provide a substantive response within a reasonable timeframe, generally within a few working days depending on the complexity of the matter raised.
If a complaint cannot be resolved directly with the support team to the player’s satisfaction, it may be escalated to a senior member of the operations team for further review. Where a dispute remains unresolved after internal escalation, players retain the right to refer the matter to the relevant independent dispute resolution service associated with TweedBet’s operating licence, details of which are available on request from support.
Players are encouraged to keep records of relevant account activity, including transaction references and screenshots where applicable, as this helps the support team investigate complaints more efficiently and reach a fair resolution without unnecessary delay.
